I purchased a used minivan approximately 3 years ago. After purchasing the minivan I realized that I was unable to keep up with my monthly payments, so I decided to refinance my minivan with a company called Roadloans. After refinancing I realized that I had made a big mistake, as I had fallen behind on one payment. Immediately on due date I was contacted by Triad (RoadLoans). The calls continued each and every day at every hour until the payment was made.

I soon realized that after reviewing my statements that my payoff amount was not getting lower, but becoming higher. How can a $17,000 original payoff turn to over $19,000?

This past year I fell behind on my payments as my husband was laid off from work. I contacted Triad and explained to them the situation and was granted a two month extension in order to catch up with my payments, or so I thought. Once I received the payment extension agreement, I signed it and returned it, however I soon realized that my next payment was due immediately. Where was the extension?

Again, I just recently fell behind on my payments. I again contacted Triad and explained the situation, however I was informed that since I can not afford the minivan that Triad will not be able to help me. They said that I would have to pay by Monday in order to avoid repossession. I explained that I will be able to pay by next Friday, however the female on the line stated that the car is scheduled for repossession on Monday and that if I ready to give the minivan back to the company. I told her that in the past year I have called Triad and told them to pick up the minivan, however I have been told that they would work with me. I further asked the female how is it possible that my payoff amount is higher than when I refinanced. She stated that my payment history is what is affecting the payoff. The lady stated that she had no record of this. How is this possible. What is going on with this company. Does anyone have a class action law suit against them. I would love to join as they are going to ruin my credit and my life style.
