This company is a joke.

I first got an email within one day of posting it with monster, from Peter Davis saying I'm picked out of 200 people. Then, Emily the receptionist calls and says to come in for an interview, so I did and then they called at 5:00 p.m. and Berry Kristen said I was picked as one of the top 8. Of course I was excited. They said at the first interview someone will drive me to the site, so I was to be there next day at 2:30 p.m. When I arrived there's blasting TV and music playing you can't even hear yourself think. It's a very small office with 3-4 other offices but not at all like the photo on the internet. I meet Jessica and another guy and they say "follow me". They just say this freeway and no address. They're talking in the car in front of me hardly paying attention to the road. I follow them and they're going 80 mph, changing lanes without signaling until the very end, I finally get to Home Depot. I don't feel comfortable because the paper I sigend before said I'd get paid for leads I brought in during the day on the second interview. But, Jessica said, "no you are only here to observe". Then, she said I'm to get leads for them and do no selling to the home as that comes later and that's another group. Then, they bragged about going her going away for two weeks to train people with all expenses paid, like that's supposed to impress me! I asked her to explain the job and explain how much money and I wanted more details before I waste my time. She got angry with me and then said, "we'll tell you later". She finally said I'd have to work six days a week and on the weekends and get Tuesday off. Then, I'd have to walk around Home Depot all day and get leads and if I get any I get $25.00 per lead. Also, I figured that wouldn't even cover the two hour gas ride to work. There's only commission for the leads. Then I told her "I supposed you want me to come back for a third interview for Saturday", and that's when she got angry and said the days I'd have to work. In other words, I believe they're using recruits to get them leads and they get at least two free days of work from them. It is multi-level marketing. They've changed names about half a dozen times as I've interviewed in other areas that they don't know about, just to check them out.

It was very unprofessional atmosphere. Since when do people have loud music playing and TV blasting at a ligitimate office. I understand they're a young group but Jessica said to me "We don't care if you have a Harvard degree, you start at the bottom." I wouldn't mind starting at the bottom but that's if the company seem ligitimate. Sure they probably getting loads of leads but they're using people to do it for them. They lie at the interview and give false impressions.

I just didn't feel comfortable and I decided to leave about 10 minutes after we got to Home Depot. If a person was a real manager, they wouldn't be driving recklessly down the freeway would they or answering back in a rude way, just because I asked questions about the job. What is there to hide anyway?

I hope the Attorney General will check out their company along with the Federal Trade Commission and I would be suspicious of so many companies doing the same thing. Class-actions I'm open to it. I'm sure curious to see what happens to the people at the bottom how much they reall make. You guys getting leads for them are you making the money? Or is the guy at the top Harmony Hunt getting it all. Using her degree to entice people to work for almost nothing, making them drive 2 hours, walk around 8 hours a day, six days a week with the hopes of getting a $25.00 lead. She should be paying their gas bills, phone bills, time wasted. $25.00 even 4 times doesn't make up for the gas bill!
