Trending VIP Trending VIP blanket not what I ordered! Shenzhen Guangdong

I placed an order with Trending VIP on January 3, 2018 for a large knit chunky blanket. After recieving my order on January 21, 2018 I imediatly was extremely disappointed! Not only is it horrible quality, it is not even close to the right size. The blanket is not Merino wool and it is not even tied/sewn together, it could literally fall apart at any second.
I paid extra for a larger blanket and the one I recieved would not even cover my feet. Also note that in the listing picture the blanket is so large it covers the whole bed. However, even if the blanket is supposed to be in centimeters, the one I was sent was not even close to the "80" incriment that I ordered.
Upon arrival I imediatly took pictures of it next to a measuring tape for refrence and sent out a refund request. Accordinf to their company policy they will respond to all emails with in 48 hours. I waited 2 weeks for my first reply.
Now a month has gone by and the problem has still not resolved. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I could not be more disappointed. I have also written to Instagram and requested that they do not let Trending VIP advertise as their products are not as listed.
I have sent a total of 13 emails to Trending VIP requesting a return shipping lable be sent to me so that I can send the blanket back and get a refund with no result. Therefore, I am very frustrated and suggest that no one order from this company in the future!
