in december 2002 i was called by christine and told about the weight loss patch. i was told that i would receive a 30 day supply for 19.00 and change if i wasnt happy just call and i wouldnt get send the next amount plus within 30 days i would get a refund. well i never received the product ups delivered it and left it but it was taken from my porch (i live acros from a school) anyway i had forgoten about the product until i was charged for it.

i contaced the company and was told that sonce they has a tracking number that they assume that it was delivered. i explained to them that i did not receive the item and wanted credit and in so many words i was told tough luck no refund. then in feb 2003 i was charged another 129.00 for the product which i still havent received. i called and spoke with brett he said that i would have to file a cliam with ups since they said that they had delivered it. so after an "nice chat" with brett i called ups and they filed a report.

i have contacted brett several times to find out what is happening and have been told that i cant get my credit until they hear form ups. i called ups again today and they said that the information was faxed to treehouse on jan 29, 2003. this comapny is such a ripoff all they want is your money and have no customer service whatsoever. i have called a few times to speak to jason the so called "president" of the company and iam always told that he i in a meeting. i have left my number but have never received a call waht a shock. i filed a claim with the bbb of uath and what a suprise to see another complaint from other scammed customers.

i just happened to see if they had a website and to my suprise saw all of these complaints from other pretty much with the same comments. i have never in my life been treated like this before by any company what happened to the customer is always right? not only do they not have any special management people to talk to the sales people they do have answering questions sound like a bunch of bumbling idiots. they hem and haw and have no idea of how to handle an upset customer.

anyway i spoke to ups today and the nice lady there was faing the paperwork to star another claim today, i hope that more people find out about thism website and hopefully something can be done and put this conartist company out of business. in so many words this company has just about called me a liar and to bad if i havent received my product all that they care about i getting their money for the product heck it probably doesnt work anyway!!! tahnks for listing to me omplain good luck everyone who has a claim with them i hope we can all put them out of business.

Is this guy really for real??? He can't spell and he can't even write a complete sentence...and HE'S the owner??? On top of that, he has the nerve to call US the liars? There most certainly IS a refund this company offers...or I should say, PROMISED to us. It's clearly explained when you order the product, and I don't know ANYONE who would order a product without a satisfaction guarantee offered. Again, is this guy for real??? The ONLY problem with their refund policy is that they DON'T honor that refund, for every imaginable excuse under the sun. And...it's obvious that they never did have any intention of refunding our money, so our fate was actually sealed the MOMENT we gave them our credit card information. After that, it didn't matter if we were even sent the product, if we were sent more than we originally ordered, if we were overcharged, if we sent the product back within the trial period, or IF we've stood on our heads proving all of this and more to them. They HAVE our money and that's exactly how they planned it from the very start. I did get an email message back from Jason, the other owner, and I sensed a certain humaneness to him. He reads this website, so I'm surprised he hasn't left a message himself...maybe because he doesn't have anything to say. Hopefully it's not because he's laughing too hard to even type a rebuttle. I always try to see the good in people...a weakness of mine, I guess...so I'm hoping he turns out to be a decent guy. All any of us want is to be treated fairly, just as I know he would want to be treated. HI, JASON.
