Color me ripped off! I ordered the Zylacor weight loss product from the Zylacor website (someone called me after I left my name and number on the site) and after taking it for about four weeks I found that I was retaining fluid at an alarming rate. I spoke with one of the (brainwashed) telephone persons and told her it looked as if I had gained 10 pounds. She said I was eating too much! Then I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she said she knew as much as anyone else there (be afraid, be very afraid!).

The lady said I had a 30-day trial period, but I wasn't sure when that was up. I did tell her I had tried to call every day last week, but all I got was an answering machine saying the electronic mailbox was filled up; I couldn't even leave my name and number.

Up to this point I hadn't asked for a refund; I just wanted to discuss the fluid retention I was experiencing. The lady asked for my name and address and as soon as she pulled it up on her computer she turned into an ugly little snake who snapped at me saying my trial period was up. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who far surpassed the telephone rep in nasty.

The "supervisor" said he didn't care if I had tried to call, I was going to pay for the product whether I wanted it or not. I still hadn't mentioned getting my money back; funny what they assume. They must have this problem all the time. I told the guy he wasn't very customer-friendly and he said he is sick and tired of people trying to get money back on items they order.

I asked to speak to his boss; he said he didn't have one. I said everybody has to answer to somebody, who did he answer to? He said it was the owner of the company. I asked for the owner's name; he said it was Jason. I asked for his last name and he said he was not authorized to give out that information! I said that was OK, I'd find out without his help.

Which brings me to this juncture. I really feel like a lame brain for falling for the seductive promise of fast weight loss on the Zylacor website.

One of the respondents on this website said she's going to file a class-action suit against Treehouse if she gets enough people to join her. I'm there! I hope she gets a lot of support.

I wish I had seen this website BEFORE I ordered the Zylacor, but if wishes were horses . . . I'm usually very suspicious of offers that sound too good to be true.
