Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received a phone call from someone about the lypoderm diet patch on 3-18-03. After long discussion, I purchased the program, on the basis that I have 37 days from the date of purchase, to return the product and would only be charged 19.95, and not the 199.95 for the 3 months supply.

The product, in no way, worked. It did nothing that I was told it would do. So I returned the product. I paid about $20 to send it express mail, certified, with return receipt. The product was received in their office 4/17/03, and signed for by Adam Bass.

Now today, I received a call from Monterey Financial Services, stating he was with treehouse, and wanted another credit card # to process the 199.95 due to the fact that my credit card does not have that much available credit.

I advised him that I would not give him that info and that the product was returned, in the correct amount of time. He said he didn't care if it was returned or not, and he would call every d**n day until I gave them another card, or until the charge went through on my card they already had.

I contacted Treehouse and or course, they have no record for the return product. How is that?

I have contacted the atterney general by email in CA ( where Monterey Financial Services is), Utah ( where Treehouse is) and in West Virginia ( where I am)

If I get any results I will let everyone know

One work of advise,DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS NO GOOD COMPANY THEY SCAM AND THAT IS IT!!!!!

How do you explain that? It looks like other businesses do not want to work with you at the first place. Enjoy your fall!! Judge Enters Permanent Injunction Against Turley-Thompson and Treehouse Marketing to Stop Confusing Sales Practices SALT LAKE CITY, Apr. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- SALT LAKE CITY, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Basic Research LLC received a favorable ruling in the lawsuit filed in Salt Lake County District Court seeking an injunction against Turley-Thompson LLC (d.b.a. Treehouse Marketing) for using advertising materials that infringe on Basic Research's trademarks, trade names and trade dress in its marketing efforts to consumers. Basic Research's complaint alleged that Treehouse Marketing repeatedly used Basic Research's trade dress elements to its own benefit, and misrepresented its relationship with Basic Research in an attempt to confuse customers. In granting Basic Research's motion for a permanent injunction, the Court found that the improper conduct by Treehouse was likely to cause confusion "among consumers of nutritional, health related and cosmetic products." The Court also permanently enjoined Treehouse Marketing and Turley-Thompson from using in any way Basic Research's "trademarks, trade names, trade dress, Trade Dress Elements, or any confusingly similar imitations." Further, the Court granted Treehouse Marketing sixty (60) days following the date of the Consent Order to liquidate existing products at "usual and customary prices." During the Liquidation Period, Treehouse Marketing may not use any trade dress or Trade Dress Elements that are subject to the Consent Order. Those 60 days ended on April 11, 2003. The Court entered a permanent injunction that prohibits, among other things, Treehouse Marketing from "stating or suggesting to third parties that Treehouse Marketing is "in any way associated with or affiliated with" Basic Research. Basic Research indicated that it will not allow the use of Basic Research's good name, trademarks and Trade Dress Elements in conjunction with unfair and confusing sales practices. Basic Research will take aggressive action against companies that inaccurately portray their relationship with Basic Research and its products. Basic Research has earned a reputation as the primary advocate for a more responsive, more ethical industry. The company has changed how bio-cosmetic, supplement, fitness, and weight-loss products are developed and marketed -- grounding its formulation in meticulous research while establishing alliances with leading biomedical laboratories and research physicians to assist in product development and testing.

But Just in case its not, Welcome to the newest Treehouse idiot. Its always a pleasure and a great laugh to read as one more incompetent fool from Treehouse Marketing Demonstrates exactly what kind of uneducated mindless impecils are employed by this company from Jason Turley on down the line to this Clown. Paul There is no think to it I know these posts are true at least the majority of them. The alternative would be there is a nation wide conspiracy to rip off Treehouse Marketing. And its poor abused picked on Telemarketers. As far as still being in business now you think about this Treehouse Marketing has a Bad revue From the better Business bureau, Utah consumer protection is very familiar with this scumbag company. And there are numerous complaints from all over the country, from all walks of life directed at you bottom feeders. Its only a matter of time until there is no Treehouse Marketing. Right will win but you will be out of a job when it happens. Its kind of ironic. Taken from your own words The more you stupid ignorant people complain over and over again the more stupid you sound. Spelled correctly but using your kindergarten grammar pretty much sums up all responses from Treehouse Employees. As far as using different names im still using the same name asking the same questions. That have never been answered. 1. Does sean ohara work for Treehouse Marketing? 2. Is cursing and threatening elderly handicap ladies Standard policy? 3. Have you refunded Josie money? AS far as Treehouse regulations there simple get the customers money no matter what, then tell them to go to hell if there not happy. Paul read some of the posts by your co workers are these the kind of loosers you want to associate with ? Or are you the king looser of the bunch. finally once again you have provided in your own words my closing statement . Lets this be a note to all other companies/people. NEVER TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESES IDIOTS, THESE CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BETTER BY THEIR PARENTS!!! another message to you dumb asses- Good luck, You will get what you deserve!
