I just wanted to send a thank you to all of you who have left warnings about this company. I too got a call explaining the patches and the "trial offer". Fortunately, I said no and checked it out on the web before I lost any money or time. I'm sorry that so many people had bad experiences, but if it helps at all, you saved me the money and frustration. Thanks!

I too share ALMOST the same experience with Treehouse Marketing as you! Although, a little different, they only ripped me off $20. I cancelled my order RIGHT after placing it with someone named Mike. Anyways, they still took out $20 from my account. You can read my ripoff report dated the beginning of January. The reason you probably didn't get your order right away, is because this company owes UPS over $20,000. I know this because when they sent me the patches anyways, I didn't open the pack and sent it back "return to sender" and called UPS to pick it back up. I explained what happened to UPS and the girl on the phone explained to me that Treehouse's account with them was suspended. Someone from Treehouse called me and told me that I would only get my money back if I sent/fax them my credit card statement showing Treehouse taking the $20 out. I basically told the girl on the phone that she is out of her d**n mind if she thinks that I am sending them my bank statement! I also asked her why they don't have that info on their records. Also, it's a credit card! These people will pay. They also do business under Turley-Thompson. So be carefull. I filed a report with the Utah BBB, and I also am in the process of contacting my local news, and their local news. I've done my research. OH and my credit card is investigating them, as I reported that card lost and stolen and that I did not authorize the transaction of $20. Good luck to you, I hope you get your $ back. PS, did you get a tracking # when you sent it back to them. Find out who signed for the pkg.
