TRAVRES On the following date we believed that we reserved a room at the Regency Inn at 4725 State Ave Kansas City KS however upon my husband getting there for a room there was no reservation when I called to speak with someone about this it was all automated and no option to speak to representative. 05/09/2014 XX5495 POS PURCHASE AT TRAVRES*Res-Desk.com 877-283-5585 WA TRAVRES*Res-D $102.15 Washington
On 5/9/2014 spoke with TRAVRES to book a hotel room at Regency Inn 4725 State Ave Kansas City, KS they charged my account for 102.13 however did not notify the Regency Inn. Spoke with Regency Inn and they advised that they have never used this reservation agency and was unable to assist me in getting in contact with them.
I tried to call 18772835585 and there is no option to speak with a representative.
