Trauner Cohen & Thomas evil filers of civil suits on 14 year old debt without prior contact connected to camco and fourscore Atlanta Georgia
Filed civil suit for 14 year old debt without any prior contact. My first contact was sheriff pulling into my yard with papers.
Being uneducated on my rights at that time I called the attorneys and was coerced into starting payments with them. They are number three of the buyers of this debt. They were ever so helpful(I thought-big mistake) and even took the routing and checking account numbers for the first two payments.
They agreed to allow money orders for the installments and have since then called my mother and tried to get her to allow debits from her account. They also told her the details of the alledged debt.
I have talked with them on numerous occasions and have had no luck in finding out the exact sum of the original debt all they will say that "it appears from the numbers to be a credit card debt". I had no credit card in 1990 that I am aware of.
Talk about unfair practice --sue without trying to collect first and what happened to the statue of limitations.
If I had been more educated this would not have happened stay away from Trauner and his henchmen. Guess who they work for- CAMCO/Fourscore Resource/Great Seneca -- this group just got a class action judgement against them March 24 2004. So am I surprised?
