I called their special support number, however I am still not satisfied. They initially told me over the phone (like the previous reps) that it was in the service agreement. I requested that they point to the exact paragraph where this was stated. After being put on hold for a while, they came back and said that it wasn't in the service agreement, but at the bottom of a page advertising the service. In my opinion, this is not an appropriate location to post such a disclaimer. This information should have been contained within the service agreement that I had to "agree" to when I purchased the credit report.
