I spoke with Ed Wozniak, president of Transition America and would like to retract statements I made previously. I regret posting the original post, as much of the information I received was unknowingly from an unreliable source. Transition America is still in business operating in Williamson County. Ed Wozniak is the owner and president and he and I have spoken and resolved the issues that prompted the above post. I appreciate Mr. Wozniak's assistance and consider the matter satisfactorily resolved.

I received a call from the president of TA updating the phone number of the business. I was assured they are still in business, although according to their voice mail greeting, their name has changed.

I was contacted by a rep from TA who upon receiving the BB complaint I filed called to tell me phone was disconnected due to carrier problems and that they are still in business.
