This company is a complete and utter joke. I would highly recommend any and everybody to stay away from them. I was hired in of middle of July, I worked with them for over a month and never received any of my pay. I was told that after I submitted my first 500.00 in business I would receive a 3000.00 bonus of the course of 2 pay cycles and I never got it. I was told that I did not reach my 500.00 mark after the manger, office coordinator, & the managing director all assured me that I did. The managing director even sent me an email stating I sold 574.00 in ALP. After being told an error was made they promised and assured me that it would be corrected and they would make sure I was paid... it turned out to be another let down because I still was not paid. I was told that I needed one more policy that equaled 180.00 to reach the 500.00 mark and it had to be submitted by August 22nd.. I made sure that I had the policy submitted early in the day on August 22nd only to be told that home office said I did not have it submitted in time... which is a complete lie considering I verified with the office coordinator that it was submitted and she told me it was. I had my "manager” Todd yell and scream at me after trying to explain to him why I was upset the first time I was told I would not be receiving my compensation. He told me everything was my fault and if I was doing my job I would be compensated. I also had another Transamerica agent at my home having dinner with me and she heard everything he was saying and how he was speaking to me. Not to mention at the time I was a new hire that was supposed to be training for 2 weeks...

I went out in the field with him one time, he did the application as I took notes to another potential client who was interested in purchasing life insurance. We scheduled an appoint a to go back see the potential client.. Todd was supposed to meet me at her house, he showed up 30 mins late... Todd only stayed for 20 mins then left me alone to complete 3 applications by myself on my SECOND day of training. Whenever I called to verify information with him for the client, I was told the wrong thing. I spoke with the managing director about Todd’s behavior and he way he spoke with me on the phone.. he told me he could make an exception and give me another manger which I was very happy about because despite all of the bad things happening, I was excited to actually work and write business for the company. I was supposed to go in and meet with the manger director the following Tuesday but I woke up with a very sore throat and no voice. I called the office multiple times, I emailed the office coordinator, I called the managing directors personal phone multiple times, and I also text him with NO RESPONSE from him. I went to the doctor later in the day to be told I had a bad case of laryngitis. The following Wednesday I made sure my app was submitted and stayed home resting up. I randomly check my email to find an email from the managing director firing me from my position. I tried calling, texting , and emailing him multiple times with no response.

Two days later I finally got a response and was told I no longer have my job because I am new to the SC area and I do not know a lot of people. He also went on to tell me that he has never met anyone like me or anyone who has caused so many Problems with a company... he continued by saying things that was completely out of line that he knew nothing about. He also told me that I would be getting paid but that was just another lie. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
