Trans Continental Talent, Lori Cunningham, Options Talent ripoff deceptive abused & mistreated what they called employees Phoenix Arizona
I answered an ad posted by monster.com. I recieved an email confirming a interview for talent scout. When I showed up last week, there were also about 60 others whom aswered the same ad."DREAM JOB" We had to go through a lengthy 6 hour interview. They made it seem like we were especially selected for the talent scout position.
Originally the ad for hire read base pay + commision. That's a lie. For 30 days you are on straight commision and you are set up as your own contractor. Therefore you are liable for taxes. The first day I went out I got 6 people that I scouted to show up for Kids Day Saturday, "Open Call".
What a crock! We also scouted all that day and then were expected to be at open call. I am talking about 12 to 14 hours a day people. This is hard work and you don't even get paid. Your traveling on your time, your gas, in your car, paying for your food. You can even get kicked out of places for scouting because in all honesty your harrassing people who are trying to shop. You might even end up in Jail!
This is wrong these people need to be stopped. They need to be shut down. I saw it with my own eyes and I heard all the BS lines with my own ears. They are frauding employees and the consumers.........We need to do something! I would like to find out what Lou Pearlman has to say about this. What about innocent Britney Spears whom they've plastered all over the sight. How about NSYNK? There names are being pulled through the mudd!!! I'm sure they didn't authorize this. What About Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, BCBG, Gap, Elle models, Karen models, Ford, Walt Disney, Warner Brothers,.......I could go on and on. This is wrong this company is ruining good companies, good names, There screwing good people!
