In the last four months I have placed five orders with toysrus.com. I have had a problem with EVERY SINGLE ORDER!! I stopped shopping at my local Toys R Us store because of in store problems. Here's the gist of how they rip you off. They send you an email about a great sale. You go to the website, place an order for items they say are in stock, then you wait, and wait, and wait. When they never ship you have to call. Everyone I've ever spoken to has been rude. You're told that the items are temporarily back ordered, but will ship as soon as they become available. All the while they are still listed as in stock on the website. The very next day your order gets canceled, so you call again. (they don't offer email based assistance, my guess is putting their practices in writing proves what they're up to) You're told that after X amount of time (no one quite knows the value of X) that your order is automatically canceled, but miraculously the item is now in stock, AT THE REGULAR PRICE, TWICE AS MUCH AS THE SALE PRICE!!

This has happened to me 5 times in a row, so it's not an isolated incident by any means!
