I don't agree with the ex-employees comments. This was the bike assemblers problem. If you read the reviews for the bikes you will see it most always is the way the bike is assembled that causes the problem. The derailers aren't tightened the gears skip the brakes need to be adjusted the gears need to be adjusted etc. These bike assemblers just put the bike together they don't adjust anything.

Common sense tells you that the assembly is not the reason your wheel broke, and you broke in hlf your kick stand. I can read you from a mile away, you are angry that your kids are hard on their bikes, you spent a good chunck of change on the bikes and think Toys R Us should replace your kids destruction for life.....should have bought the warrenty, and count your blessings they are replacing the kick stand at all. By the way if you ordered something for your birthday party that gripe would be with Toys R Us online, not the store, it is operated as two seperate companies.
