Toyota Stevens Creek = Rip-Off Worst experience EVER. SAN JOSE California
Worst experience EVER. One day after i purchased the car from day, the muffler burn accompanied with smoke and fire sparkles.it was a used car i bought from them and they were not being honest!
Went back to them and nobody could do anything. They said the sales manager was on duty and should be able to handle the matter. yeah right, the sales manager was a JOKE. Here is what he said:
"anyone can buy a new car from us one day and having their muffler burn in a few hours, not to mention an used car"
If this is what a sales manager thinks, who would wanna take the risk and even buy a NEW car from you???
Dun wanna fix it, fine! I can understand. But what's with the attitude??
