People do not generally just send money when they are sending a dispute about the amount financed. You not only sent them money, you sent them $1000 which is a signifcant amount. Were you delinquent? Not sure what worksheet you think they will have, but the only thing that matters is what you signed when you financed the RAV4. Is what you are being charged any different than what you signed when you got the loan?
