This service promises to secure veteran's records, including the all-important DD214. I paid $129 for expedited service - receipt of documents in 2 business days. Six months and counting - no documents, NO communication from them. When I contact them, they say my order is "in process". Huh? They are clearly not doing a d**n thing, and once they got my money, they lost all interest in the case. Rip Off Company - do not use!
