Touchstone Research Group dd214express Advertised Same Day, Fastest DD-214, But DONT ANSWER CALLS, VA IS FREE AND INSTANT, THEY ARE A RIPPOFF! New York New York
I was in need of a Copy of my DD-214 and they said they are the Fastest company to get it to me, I then paid an additional $30 for SAME DAY Download. After 24 hours there was NO download available, I called every day for 3 days straight, left 4 messages, and no one answered or called me back, I found out 2 days ago, I could get my DD214 FOR FREE on Ebenefits through VA and I had it downloaded for FREE IN 30 minutes last night the 21st. I wanted to call and cancel service since 1 I didn't get same day download and 2 I found a place FREE AND ALMOST instand download through Veteran Affairs EBenefits Dashboard, and NOONE called me back to let me do that. I then saw a message today, AFTER I already got it FOR FREE At VA , and looked at the download and it's LESS than What I got FOR FREE YESTERDAY! I spent $130 and waited a week with stress and no Customer Service to Cancel, just to find I could of got it For Free a Week ago Instantly and saved this hassle. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Dispute and Complaint Filed. THIS SERVICE IS FOR VETERANS WHO SERVES THEIR COUNTRY, CHARGEING THIS MUCH AND NEVER ANSWERING OR RETURNING CALLS FOR A SERVICE VETERANS CAN GET FOR FREE WITHIN AN HOUR IS MORE THAN AN RIPPOFF ITS UNPATRIOTIIC AND UNETHICAL.

It's just like a company, to see many many of the same complaints and still blame the customer, call the customer a liar and that they are SECRET competitors, instead of owning up to these reviews and fixing this broken service for our veterans. The sad thing is DD-214 can be gotten FOR FREE, and MUCH MUCH FASTER THAN A MONTH OR EVEN A WEEK, Go to VA.GOV and find out how you can download your FREE DD-214's In a matter of hours if you were discharged after 2000! I personally experiences ALL of this stuff myself! It's True! And resloving BB. Complaints DOESNT MEAN the offense didn't take place, and if you are sneaky enough you can find ways to screw people and still find a way around bad review and complaints on BBB.

The only 2 times someone answered, as soon as I began to speak and ask for a status update and a question regarding canceling, they hung up and transferred me to an automated system telling me to go online and to view status and read the FAQ's! UNBELIEVABLE!
Being a Disabled Veteran, What bothers me most is that this is happening to Our Vets who don't know any better and are in desperate need for their records to get benefits or jobs or housing they REALLY need for themselves and their families and they Served our Country, Many of Which are injured and have suffered much!
