I used this company to obtain a DD-214 fro a VA loan. I, unfortuntaley did not read the reviews beforehand.
I knew it looked shady when they ask for all of your payment information before providing you with any services.
I gave them my credit card info and they charged me $129.00 for a copy of my DD-214 which was supposed to be instantly downloaded. When I had trouble with their website, I called and left a message......Because there is no chance of actually talking to someone.
Well, someone finally called me back and said they would need an addtional $40 dollars to process my order now bringing it to $169. I told the man, who called himself "Chris", that I wanted to cancel my order.
He became very rude and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back several times, but nobody ever answered. And the number "Chris" provided was oddly not the number on the website.
So I received no services and was not refunded my $129.00!!
Big Scam!
