From the moment I signed up with this company, it was a total nightmare. I received all kids of promises from Kenny as to how good this company was etc. the bottom line is no one in thhis company knows what they're doing, if you ever call for any support, the staff is rude, not very helpful and all they do is pass the buck to someone else saying this is not my department, I can't help you.

this salesman lured me in, and I did not process any credit cards for several months, yet they were just content taking $50 out of my acccount every month, this went on for about 6 months. when I re- established the roofing division of my company, I was ready to process. and unfortunately that's when Hurricane IKE came through Houston, ImmediatelyI received calls from customers who needed emergency work and needed to have their roofs repaired, as a measure of urgency, the customers pout their down payments on credit cards to hurry up the process since it would be along time since they would receive insurance claim proceeds.

I processed 3 transactions immediately, two for about $3500, and one for $2700. Then I receive a call from their risk department, a Daniel Maldonado. this guy will never answer his phone line and you will always get his voice mail. first clue that this company is clueless. this guy is just an FBI wanna be with a menial job for an excuse. a total loser. anyway, he calls me and requests a copy of a contract I guess to check me out, I had processed 3 transactions and he only requested 1.

I complied and asked him how long this would take and he replied as soon as he was done he would let me know. well I have customers with holes on their roofs, I told him and again he replied as soon as I'm done with my investigation, I will let you know. (what an a*****e). no clue as to when I would get my funding. well 4 days go by, and he calls me, thinking everything was clear, he requests copies of the other 2 cpontracts.

I asked him why he didnt request that the first tme, and he tells me he's just doing his job, again I explain the situation, and he tells me as soon as Im done I will let you know. so I told him forget it! I have an obligation to my customers, you won't tell me when funding will go into my bank and It's now raining. I told him forget it, credit the customers back, and I will get cash.

so I went to all 3 customers, all paid cash and got their roofs done. meanwhile they are still processing these transactions even Iafter I told Daniel ( einstein) to cancel the transactions,. the merchant charged me $397.00 even thpoug they never processed anything. I canceled the service and Kenny the salesman calls me back a d agreed Daniel was a jerk. and next time to call him that he's never lost an accoun, and everything was ok. oine month later , i go to charge, the charge does not go through, and I call kenny, he starts researching an tells me the account was closed. here's another idiot.

so he tries to get me back on, and I should have known better, but it turns into a mess and finally they tell me they can't get anyone to approve me. so I called another merchant and I was processing in 48 hrs. amazing . with absolutely no glitches. I callcustomer service ands they advise me thet my credit will be on my December statement. well this was a lie. I called the idiot Maldonado, and he tells me to call customer service again, I am on hold for over 1 hour and everybody (4 people I talked to in that hour, no one knew what was going on, or how anyone could help me that wasn't their department, anyway this company is full of morons, and all you do is get transfered to another person who doesn't know what the hell is going on.)

after about 5 transfers, i wind up back with Einstein Maldonado. anyway, I am about to sue the crap out of this company and I am advising anyone doing research on this company, do NOT ever do any business with them, they will mislead you, lie to you just to get the business, their customer support is totally worthless and like me, you might get screwed in the end. the bottom line is they are thieves, they stole my money and never provided any service.

Hi My name is Hassan I'm an ISO I run Merchant Services Company Express MPS Group and partner with Digital Financial Group one of the best company Sponsored by wells Fargo and first data. I would like to educate and help small business owner that been lied or Ripped off by other merchant services company with there lease, rate etc.. I see that's a lots of bad Merchant providers' are hurting small businesses by RIPPING THEM OFF by signed them on a long term lease or charge them too much from there hard earning money for something you can buy for few hundred. And also they not helping the needs of the merchant Some info 1- Don't not sign a terminal lease if it's more than $30 a month. 2-read the contract very close and keep a copy of it and tell the agent to wait for 2days or comeback within 2day so you have time to read the contract and look up their company @ www.ripoffreport.com 3-when you decided to sign with them make sure you get your contract copy right a way . (means) go to the copy machine and make your copy of the contract 4- If you have a lease and it's the end of the lease make sure you call the lease company to cancel your lease, because they will continue charging you "Low Rates" Let's face it, many Merchant Service Providers advertise their "low rates." However, when applying you find out that you may fall into a higher risk category or simply do not "meet their required transaction volume" to qualify for their advertised "low rates." Watch out from low rate 1.03%, 1.39%, 1.59% for V/MC. whatever below the bypass (interchange) rate it's a lie they will charge you more.. If you have any Question please feel free to email me.
