Total Merchant Services 255 Gold River Ct, 3rd Floor lied about services, horrible to deal with, worse than the government, could care less about customer. Impersonal. Drafts money from account without authorization. Basalt, Colorado
This company does not have your best interests at heart. after the sale, service is not there.
when equipment returned, they debited account for cost of 4 machines. Had to yell and scream in several phone calls to get money refunded, even after they said they had received it. during the term of using this company, the service was bureacratic, impersonal, and attitudes of those who answered phone was "give a d**n". Stay away from this outfit. Fees are higher than quoted and they do not honor the guarantee, or promies, that they'll beat anyone. Bait you with "free" equipment. I can say that ultimately they issued the refunds [return auto draft of monies], but this was only after I started demanding copies of shipping receipts, reports, signed documents, etc. The real issue is that lack of caring about my situation and what had happened, and knowing that I was not going to "renew" with them, they really went south with the attitude.
