This company kep charging us even after we closed the account over the phone, Auto renewal policy on contract, made up charges, false promises fron sales person, do not do business with this company they lie and cheat.

I would like to respond on merchants comments,
On page 9 section 13.) Terms and Termination; Explains to Merchant the automatic renewal of agreement of one year increments after Merchant has completed three year service agreement. Merchant may avoid renewal by submitting a written notice of termination within 60 days prior to expiration of agreement. (this is common with all merchant processing companies). False promises by sales rep is not clear as well to made up charges and cheating.
Evey item charge on a merchant statement is legal and accounted for, Never made up as per Merchant accusation.
It is the Merchants sole responsabilty to read, comprehend any leagl agreement place before him/her upon signing.
