For those of you who have followed My Acess Direct telemarketing reports, Total Marketing One is the name I am dropping. I am sure that many of you have seen television specials on telemarketing companies having people in prison make calls, Total Marketing One is one small step above that. They hire a bunch of people freshly out of prison, or in a half way house.

The companies owners/founders are MCI Worldcom alumni John Burchert, and Anthony Marlowe. Apparently they ripped off so many people at MCI they saved enough money to start their own business. TMOne is contracted by the companies New Rochelle Telephone Service, and American Broadband & Telecommunications.

I have had two seperate complaints, from customers of each company saying that they were asked for social security numbers, and credit card numbers in order to qualify. Simply not true. The only information a customer should be asked for is a birthday, and mothers maiden name.

However, I was able to pull one of the customers history and it showed it was sold by Paul Cox. The lady said,"Please remove my social security number, i really didn't feel comfortable giving it to the guy." Total Marketing one employees also offer 3 months worth of free service to customers that they will infact be billed for.

A sexual harassment case also happened. A male employee took his p***s out of his pants and showed it to a female employee three times. Angelo Lucas the male employee who did this, is according to one supervisor J.B.'s (John Burchert) boy. The female employee tells her supervisor, and a meeting with human resources is held the next day. Total Marketing One asks the female if she would feel alright having Angelo Lucas (The perp) still work there but moved to another bay. The female says no. The female decides to take the next day off, and is told that it is none of her business if Angelo Lucas is fired. Human resources assures the female employee that Total marketing one will provide a safe work enviroment. The female employee comes back the next day. Angelo Lucas not only walks in the door, but by the female employees desk several times.

It is only after the female employee becomes upset that Angelo Lucas is asked to leave, after he finnishes a conversation, with friend Tavian Jordan, Lori Austion of Acess Directs, boyfriend. Andy Cecil, the supervisor gladly answers a friend of Angelo Lucas's queistion about what happened to his friend by saying "he's fired", after they told the female victim that it was none of her business.

They let the female employee go today sighting lack of sales. I believe Angelo Lucas will probably be let back in, or moved to Total Marketing One's new location on Gilbert street in Iowa City.

These are the people that Total Marketing one employs to call your home. Simply go to www.iowacourts.state.ia.us start a case search under trial court and type in any of the following names: Angelo Lucas, Paul Cox tavian Jordan, Lara Cornick, Derrik Akines, Joseph Boggs, Robert Moore, Cody Wade, Aaron Carter, Joshua Wolf, Kenneth Brown, Lewis Wasson, Anne Hernandez, Tyler Nelson, Antoine Jones, Tony Haughton, Uriah Mead, Myron Buchanan, Adam Clark, Louis Williams, William Hiatt, Gary Fries, Maria Binger, Evan Niese, Anthony Mulder, Rodney Noye, Cameron Gradford, Lundell Buchanan, Jordan Estep, John Gorman, Amy Beaty, Casey Smith, Scott Delany, Mohammed Al-Yassiri, Amanda Keeler.

In short I think you'll agree Total Marketig one hires some bad people, and I urge you not to do business with them, New Rochelle Telephone, or American Broadband and Communications, both posts I will be updating in the coming days.
