Desciptions and photos from the company are a bad joke. When I complained Tophatter said they had credited me back the money. on my credit card. I checked my bank and no returns were on there. Cheap,broken, useless items of utterly the worst quality.Their customer service is also the worst I ever experienced. No Quality Controls in China! No joke. Customer service didn't respond truthfully when I complained. Their replies are so evasive. This auction company charges low prices but it adds up so quickly. There is nothing to show for your spent money! I have probably 20 items or more which I am trying to return but I have gotten to the point where it's futile to try to have any contact from them. I certainly won't send back anything. They are liars and thieves. We need to collectively come up with a strategy to compensate us. Any suggestions are appreciated. This is a battle none of us were prepared for. We are all victims of internet scams. Thanks for taking the time to read my complaint.
