Topeflex Product not received and no follow up, website topeflex.com has disappeared
Topeflex took $12.95 plus a $.39 "international transaction fee" from bank account on 8/24:2018 for Finishing Touch Flawless Brows. I have not been able to check status of order because Topeflex website no longer exists.
