Top Gold Garcinia Top Gold fraudently withdrew money from my account 6 times stating I ordered something, which I did not. Florida
On August 20, 2018 I noticed 2 charges on my debit card ($88 and $89). I called my debit card services to find out it was from a company called Top Gold in Florida. They gave me their 800 number and I called them immediately. I asked them what am I being charged for. I was told it was for Garcinia Diet Pills. I told them I have never ordered anything like that, and I want my account refunded. They argued with me, so I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager got on the phone, he confirmed my email and mailing address, and said, I ordered these pills online, and because I did not cancel with them within the allotted time, I was now being charged a monthly fee. I tried to tell him I never ordered anything, and would like a refund, and wanted them to stop charging my card. He said he would return $100 only and would receive it within 7-10 days.
On September 29, 2018, I called Top Gold's customer service and told them I called a month ago for my refund and it was never received. I wanted my full refund which I was charged $4.95, $5.95, $88.95, $89.95 for the month of July, and again $88.95 + $89.95 for the month of August, totalling $368.70. They said the post office delivered two packages to me and they gave me tracking numbers, which I will contact to find out if this is true, but no packages have been delivered to my home. I told them I don't want anything to do with this and I don't want anything to be sent to me; I just want my refund. They said I would have to hear back from my bank disputing the charges. I told them I wanted to dispute it now, and they said they can only do that if I send back the product, which once again I had to tell them I never received anything. They started screaming at me on the phone and said this is going no where, and they hung up on me.
How do I get my money back from these hackers?
