Tony THURMOND....Assemblyman. Took a bribe and voted to release defendants from jail without supervision. While also ending the private bail industry putting thousands of small business owners out of work. While knowing this bill will cost California tax payers Billions of dollars. Oakland California
Tony Thurmond puts the criminals before the victims. Tony Thurmond voted YES on SB10 to release ALL the criminals from JAIL on a ticket and without any accountability... The result is shutting down all privately owned bail bond companies (Small Businesses). Make pretrial releases all through the courts and the billion dollar cost on to the tax payers, when in reality the private bail industry you got rid of already does this for free to tax payers expense. Now a person who breaks into your home even with you inside, a person who commits a rape, robbery, child molestation will now be released from jail with a pinky promise to show up to court. WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIM'S ????
Shame on you Tony Thurmond. You were all set to vote no until the UNIONS paid you off. SEIU Sound familiar. We thought you were better than that. How much did the unions give you??
