We placed the order and paid ($1,350) for a rebuilt tranny for our 2011 Doge Power Wagon on 7/6/18. We were told that it would ship within 7 days from then. We didn't hear from anyone,so we emailed politely inquiring about the status on 7/12. We were told that they "were working on it as we speak" and they would email the tracking info once picked up. On 7/24, we got an email saying that it was "almost ready, just backed up, super busy and waiting on parts". On 8/2, we reached out again to inquire about the status. We were told, "no changes yet. I'll let you know".

On 8/9, we asked what the word was on the back ordered parts and whether or not it had shipped yet. We got a response that day that said the shop is closed and that he would check get back to us in the morning. Never heard back the next day. Instead on 8/17, we got an email stating "home (assume he meant hope) to ship next week". On 8/22, he told us it had not shipped yet and that if we couldn't wait, "just email to cancel your order and I will refund your money".

This went on for some time, we realized it would never come. On 10/11 we requested the full refund. We all understand what it's like to be "backed up", but this was completely amoral. Not one person from this business had the basic consideration to keep us updated unless we contacted them. Never even heard a simple I/we apologize. Per their refund policy, the refund check is to be mailed within 14 days from the date of cancellation. It is now 11/9 (JR said it was mailed on 10/26) and have not received it yet. We are going to give it 1 more week (due to being in CO and we know how snail mail can get backed up)before we take legal action. My BF should've done better research as all of the complaints on here and google describe this company to a T-horrible service.

This place is a scam-do NOT trust them. The most disreputable company I have ever done business with. Taking advantage of people money. So not OK. How is this place still in business.
