I don't know where this idiot comes up with all these stories-First of all I never have hit a woman in my life-My wife and I settled or divorce in a friendly manor-We didn't even need a lawyer-we did it our selves-Yes I got $50,000 and she got our $500,000 home in exchange--You can write her at [email protected] to verify I am telling the truth-This guy and I hate each other--I went to England to meet him one time and he conned Hearrods out of a $20,000 Rolex watch with a stolen credit card----Just google one og his fake names Snuffy Smith , Walter Smith and or Todd teal which is what he is using now hiding out in Thailand.My e mail is [email protected] if ANYONE WANTS THE TRUE STORY--I do not lie.

All I can do is type a rebuttal-Please read what my ex wife wrote about me....she even has her e mail address to verify that Todd Teal is a liar and scam artist and theif--He even admits the state of Florida went after him...H e scammed old people withg real estate in Florida and made millions-Thats why he took off to get out of the country-He is wanted in Texas and Florida-and who  knows where else..All I kknow is he has ruined my reotation and has no proof of anything he says.My e mail is [email protected]  if anyone wants to hear the real story--These reports can not be erarsed and it has caused me many problems over the years--I am not the bad guy---Look up his name on here and you will see how many reports he has against him-I have been a real estate broker for 40 years and have a great reputation across the USA...My exwife settled with me when we divorced and she gave me $50,000 and I gave her our home ($500,000) as a settlement--she was happy and so was I...We still are friend today...Thank you for reading this..Tom

We removed Tom Reif from our business referral group.  His public, written comments towards women as well as his behavior towards them was something I witnessed first hand. No matter how many times we tried to discuss proper behavior with him, his response was always nasty in writing, but of course he is such a little twerp he'd naver react that way to anybody's face.   I found him to be classless, clueless and crass.

Watch out for this guy, in my opinion he is beneath contempt and even worse than these reports state.

Also you will notice that his ex-wife did not file the report. That is a new one. He is showing what his wife wrote for him. Who believes that??? I bet he is the only one that has ever done that on Rip Off reports.

I am sure that his ex-wife is not on speaking terms with him after collecting $50,000.00. He never is on good terms with any of his wives.

Tom Reif has a very bad temper. Many years ago, we went to Palm Beach, Florida in my Limo to find Tom a woman to take care of him. He had no luck at this since he is funny but in very bad taste sort of way. Tom would dance and stick his finger out his zipper like it was his private part. The rich ladies did not think he was funny at all and Tom could not find anyone to take care of him.   

Later he found a regular girl one night but she wanted to go with me not him. He made a big scene and flew home that night.

Another friend of mind had a similar experience him. Sometimes his just goes nuts over a small thing. I have heard that he has done this to some of his many wives and even hit them.

If you are a rich woman or have a very good job like his last wife and want to take care of funny but a bit crazy person, then Tom is your man.

Yes I have had 3 names all set up with the courts and approved by Judges. I was given the name Walter Smith when I was born but called Snuffy Smith for 51 years. So I legally changed my name to Snuffy Smith in 1994. But this became a problem when I started buying and selling land in Florida so I again had the name legally changed to Todd Teal in about 1996. A name that I liked but my mother did not.

I was never convicted of Fraud.

During subprime I made about 2 million USD buying and selling land in Florida. The former Governor of Florida stated when he was Attorney General of Florida that my method of doing this was brilliant but he didn’t like it so they filed a civil (not criminal) suit against me. After I had sold all my land sold, the state obtained a judgment for 6 million in 2007. They did me a big favor getting me out of the business before the 2008 Financial Crisis. The land in Florida is now ½ price or less of 2007. I even sent an email to the Assistant State Attorney that was handling my case and thanked him in 2008. The state has never received one penny from me even though they said that they spent over $500,000 in costs shutting me down.

Also most of the money that I made in Florida was while I was living in Phuket Thailand or Singapore or Boracay, Philippines and not the USA. I have been to USA many times in the last 13 years. The last time was in 2009 to collect money and property from the estate of my sister who had died and left me all her money.

If Tom was so successful in Business, why did his ex-wife have to pay him $50,000 to get out of the marriage? I have been divorced several times and always paid them money.

Also he filed Bankruptcy in the early 1980’s. He is a master of borrowing money.       

I have now been legally married for 5 years to a beautiful, sexy, slim 27 year old Thai girl.

 Why did you have to pay him $50,000.00 if he is so good at making money??? First I don't believe that you are his exwife. If so email me at (((ROR redacted))). Do you have leggs like an elephant? Did you know that he was bragging about screwing you out of $50,000?

He will harm you and everything around you.   He will threaten you and cause damage.   He is a complete alcoholic and abuser.  He will lie, cheat, manipulate and will take advantage of you in every way imaginable.   He is a horrible person and a horrible business man. It definitely seems like the OP is full of it, especially since he has to grasp at stuff like how much he got in a divorce settlement. But Todd also sounds like a lot more fun: scamming Harrods for fat stacks, jumping from country to country to keep ahead of the law, and keeping fine Thai hotties at his command. Take the money and run!

Todd Teal aka Walter Smith aka Snuffy Smith is a guy that I knew for 30 years-that the only true thing he says.He is a wanted man in the state of Florida-look him up on Google..He is mad at me because we had an argument and I let him know that the state of Florida wants him for over a $3,000,000 judge ment for conning people out of real estate.He now lives in Thailand and is still a con.

I have never hit a woman in my life ,He states that I act like I am rich-All depend on what you call rich-I had a net worth of over $8,000,000 in the 1980's-I was rich-with the Real Estate market crashed and the banks went bankrupt -I lost a lot of money also.If I'm broke ,how do I own a $500,000 home in Frisco Texas,drive a new Mercedes benz , and have over 6 figures of cash in the bank? My ex wife did make a lot of money and still does, She and I are friends and when we divorced part of our settlement was she paid me $50,000-while She got things that she wanted and we still own the house together-we have it rented out and make a profit monthly.Neither of us wanted to live in a 4400 ft. house alone.I have made over q 6 figurte income since January of this year and today is 3/22/2012.

Any woman interested in this Gigolo can check the Dallas and Collin counties civil court records for the papers on his many divorces. You will see that Tom Reif of Dallas was paid by his last wife in the amount of $50,000.00 which he was very proud of. His last marriage lasted about 10 years and when it was over, his wife had to pay him, which also goes to show that he is not very good at his business in Real Estate. He is always going to make a big commission but rarely does he actually get any money because he is not good at his business. His last wife made really good money which is probably the main reason he married her. Also you will notice how bad his temper is when he gets mad and if you are a woman you might get hit or pushed around. I have heard about this from one of his ex-wives. He is so bad at Real Estate that he had to file bankruptcy before.  But he is very good at getting loans from banks or women.

This guy used to be my friend-he defrauded hundreds of old people in Florida out of money doing real real estate deals.Google him-he nowlives in Thailand and has 3 hookers working for him.Floida authorities are still looking for him-as far as what he said about me was something I told him...I have never hit a woman-was married 4 times and not one of my wives had money-I made millions in real estate in the  1980's and he is jealous.As far as the $50,000-It's called a settlement and shows so on my divorce decree.He knows nothing about my personal life.My ex wife and I are friends and she never gave me $50,000 to "get rid of me"We still own a house and are in the process of selling that and will split the money equally like we did everything else.This man has been a crook all his life and has changed his name to run from the law for years.I reported him to the Florida Justice department on where he is and he got pissed and wrote this complaint to get back at me...Anyone cann check me out and and I have never done anything like he says.
