Complaint Review: Tom McKeever - Cape Canaveral Florida

Who are you to call me a bum!? I don't let people "STEAL" from me,  anymore or let them take advantage off me.  If you or anyone else has a problem with that I don't "CARE".  It seem's the last plot from my mother's last job In 2007 to have her license suspended so she couldn't work anymore didn't work?.

We are not "HOMELESS" & "NEVER"  will be.

I don't care who listens to me I will get my point across.  At one time I thought I made a big mistake making my complaint.  But I haven't made no mistake.  I will not be harassed to stop.

But this has taught me a big listen.  Never to trust anyone or buy from people you don't know on the internet.  Because they are snakes,  liars,  pigs.  I don't care who listens to me I will get my point across.

I have let this goes ya'll are the ones defaming me & ya'll know It. Tom wasn't truthful In his response & I have the copy of the check where he signed It & the date on the check. And how much time had passed before he sent It. & the hardtime he gave me over nothing. If he was a legit business he would not had given me any problems. He made me out to be the bad guy & the liar he Is good @ lying & turning things around. I wasn't just going to forget about It, I filed a complaint with the BBB 09/2003 he sure sent It then. But he was very verbal abusive In his response just like his rebuttal to my rip-off complaint. So I do not trust anyone anymore no matter how much I want anything, I still would not send money to people I do not know.

Who cares what you think or what anybody else thinks. All I can provide Is the checked he cashed & the date on the check & how long I had to wait for It. It had to take filing a complaint with the better business bureau 09/2003 to get him to send me my order sense he refused to send It when I mailed him the check. Never again will I order anything of the internet no matter how trustworthy the site might sound, this Is how I fell for on the-cape website. Tom convinced me that he would send anyone the tape without any problems, but has soon I sent him money he gave me problems & I did not appericate that @ all. Tom lied about everything to cover his own self up & I get blamed for everything. People can make fun of my spelling or anything they wish. Wouldn't you be upset If someone you a hardtime If you had paid for something & you never got It. And them accusing you of everything, you wouldn't do business with them again either.

The Cape t.v. show was my favorite t.v. show, the problem was abc ran the show late on saturday nights the show started @ 1:00 a.m. they showed It to late but I stayed up late to watch It. They always cancel the good shows & put on these crappy shows I believe If they had ran It earler In the evening then It would had been successful know It has been 12 years sense I saw the last episode. I still watch the tape of the cape plot I will always keep It.

Chuckles continues to rant and rave about something that this Tom McKeever has already (intelligently and more-likely-than-not, truthfully) responded to. Get over it already. You and mommy dearest can't sue him, he can't sue you (unless you keep defaming him and then the SOL wouldn't be an issue). Please get over this non-incident, and even more so, GET OVER YOURSELF. I know that being that our tax dollars support you, you have a horrible case of sense of entitlement, but not only are you a bum, you're a BORING bum. I'm sure that you won't get your way on some other trivial matter, so at least then you will have some fresh material.

Tom never did file his so called lawsuit. I would had got a copy of the check he signed & cashed I sent a copy to the better business bureau & I never heard from tom again. All I wanted was my order the reason why tom was fighting this was because he wanted to rip me off. My mistake was sending money and I had to learn the hardway. Tom was just scary me to quit coming after him for my order. I am careful know not sending money to people online no matter how convincing they are. I don't care what he told the better business bureau I have the copy of the check he signed & cashed this will be my only proof I paid for the order & how he fought to not send It to me. Instead he accused "ME" of being rude & abusive towards him he was a real creep & a*****e no tell how much money he stole from people prior to me well I was not going to let him get away with it. Tom was making something into nothing because he got caught not sending people there orders, that Is why tom put up a fight with me. Mabye I have helped other people not get there money taken. I just laughed @ toms threats he Is nothing, you just don't take peoples money & not do what you promised you would mail them a copy of the tape & go back on your word. I just had It with businesses trying to take advantage of my & trying to steal my money & then lying about me!. Its time all of us consumers fight back!.

Debra & Dan, must be friends of tom or they would not waste there time insulting me or calling me a liar & saying I am stupid, tom did not send the tapes 3 times he only sent it twice & he did not send it buy register mail these two people must know tom why would they be defending them. I, tried to resolve buy contacting him but he was rude & ugly in his e-mails back to me he accused me of being rude this is a bold face lie, I was poliete & respectful telling tom I did not receive my order then tom became ugly became ugly & rude. Tom, did send it but the post office returned it saying I did not live there I contacted the post office & got this correct I contacted tom again he refused to send it, I made a complaint with the BBB this was 09/2003 but tom did not have to say all ugly things like he did in his response like on this website & got people agaisnt me. Tom, lied to the BBB saying he sent the tapes 3 times & buy registered mail & someone signed for it, it came threw regular mail, I was only rude back to tom when he was rude towards me. This, has taught me a lesson I will not do business with a internet company again no matter how legit they make themselves, or how many people say they are a good company.

Tom Is just pissed because we did not keep quit like he wanted us to we went after him because he did not service our order & we reported his a*s, we can sue tom for defamation I really do not care if anybody believes me or not tom has done a good job in getting everyone agaisnt me he is unprofessional idiot who does not handle business good. Tom started this s**t about bringing legal action because we would not quit bothering him untill he sent us our order tom will not admit to any wrong doing he tried to make me the bad guy to the better business bureau, tom is a liar & a thief. When i made my complaint to the better business bureau is when tom decided to send me my order let me get this strait nobody signed for anything at my home address tom did not request a return receipt verified by usps he sent it by regular mail but people are to stupid on the internet to believe anything I can have this verified by my local post office. We do not want any contact with tom anymore he is a stubborn idiot who cannot take responsibilty for his own actions. We will bring legal action agaisnt tom we have copies of all e-mails sent to him requesting for him to send it & each time he refused to mail it to us & a copy of the check signed & cashed by him we will also file a complaint with the FBI for internet fraud! & for defamation to our name because of tom we deny anything that tom accuses us of. Tom failed to service our order when we mailed him the check for the order & refused to send it Its best not to trust any business out their sense their all out to take advantage of you then lie about you when you expose their wrong doing's. The FBI has educated people & warned people about internet fraud from this experince has taught me never to send money to anyone on the internet due to this problem because of crazy people on the internet like tom who try to get innocent people introuble like he has done me & I probally have stoped someone else from getting their money ripped off which is why tom is so pissed off about I have not done nothing to tom except ask for my order which i paid for & he has abused it.

I never did sign for anything & I can have this verified bye the post office that Tom did not request the package to be signed for, & If tom does have a signature he forged it himself.If somebody makes false statements about you, you have the right to sue them in civil court which tom as made false statements & as lied about me on this website. First YOU both are wrong.Its amazing the s**t like these internet businesses get away with! with their fraudlent doings the reason why tom threaten to sue us because we brought out his fraudlent practices not mailing our order when we trusted him to send it this was around 06/02 & this went on till 09/03, tom was always playing these games with us sending him a copy of the check we mailed him for $18 the cost of the tape why should we send him a copy of the check we contacted the bank & the bank verfied that the check was cashed bye him but we could not get a copy of the check.Then tom got in a rude & nasty tone in his e-mail telling us not to e-mail him back again & that he was tired of us e-mailing him all the time & we got rude back to him & he didn't like it & sent us a very nasty e-mail accusing us of being rude toward him he told us if ya'll haven't of been so rude to me i would have sent the tape to you as a bloomin gift know is that unprofessional or what, we told him we were unable to get a copy of the check from the bank to send to him then after he argued with us he agreed to send us the tape which is what we requested to begin with we did not ask for no arguements he wonted to fight & play the blame game. We gave tom our address & he said he would send it about a week later we never received nothing we contacted tom again & told him that we never did recieve it then he contacted his legal eagel people i did not know who they were probally some fraud going on because they wanted to keep me quiet & not be a whistle blower because tom was taking peoples money & never mailing their orders if you'er committing fraud over the net that is some serious jail time & that why tom was so mad with us & wanting to sue us, they even contacted my internet service provider making false complaints about me for harassment & sent me a photocopy of the return package that said no such address return to sender & said case closed & they was not going to send me another tape. Know this problem was left unresolved not knowing what this tom person was capable of doing i decided to stop e-mailing him so i was out $18 & my order & this problem was left unresolved! this was the first attempt tom tried to mail us our order but it failed because the post office made an error & sent it back bye mistake.This went on from 06/02 till around 09/03 us trying to get our order which tom failed to mail to us tom could be prosucted from doing fraudlent activites on the net that is why he was threatning us so much to keep me quit from me blowing everything for him.I made a complaint to the better business bureau around 09/03 telling them that tom never did send me my order & that i was taken for $18 tom will never admit that he failed to send us our order he foughts us every step of the way he made false statements about us to the better business bureau tom then sent our tape a second time but he lied once again telling him that he sent it certified mailed & that i signed for it we can have this verified bye the post office that i did not sign for the package this was a bold face lie to try to cover up his wrong doing its amazing these fraud scams that people like him make up in the us to make money & do not want to take responsibilty for his own actions, instead he wants to blame everybody else for his own mistakes & get innocent people like us introuble.Tom owes us $18 from how he ripped our order off, it took 14 months for us to get our order because tom was to stubborn to send us the tape to begin with & all of this mess could have been avodied, tom is nothing but a liar i just needed to tell other people don't be a fool like i was to send him money because you will never see it or your order.Tom needs to quit blaiming us for everything because its his own fault all this happend this as tought me a good leason not to just trust anybody on the web they are just looking for a way to scam you out of your money & to take advantage of you & abuse you like tom as did us & lie about & defamanted your character i should not have to gone threw this we do not care how much tom hates or dislikes us we don't like the fact he tried to take advantage of us & try to steal our money then lie about us to get out from trouble tom was very rude & hostile towards us from the very beginning tom showed his true self he is nothing but an ignorant self centered person who cares nothing but himself & wonts to blame everybody for his problems & his own mistakes!

First a Kathy Jones, Then a Ryan Jones, now a "Charles" alias??? 1) Anyone that ordered a CAPE PILOT Tape was sent the their tape. Period. 2) They (Kathy Jones, or Ryan Jones, or whomever) Contacted THE CAPE and complained about not receiving it. We responded that if they had done so, there were no outstanding orders and one was sent, but possibly it was lost in transit. Could we see some proof of the order? 3) At our request, they (Jones) AGREED to send a photocopy of both sides of the Check showing good faith. 4) Months later - Nothing received. 5) They then became rude (BTW: They NEVER, NEVER received anything rude or threatening from us. That is a bold-face lie)and demanded the Tape. 6) For a simple tape, we could not care less about our cost - They're welcome to it and it was sent TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED at our expense. 7) It was returned by the PO as "Undeliverable to that address and No further information available" about this person or persons. We still have the E-Mail SPECIFYING that address that it was to be sent to and a copy of that E-Mail was forwarded to them. 8) They complained again, blamed the PO and we ALSO sent them a Photocopy of the returned package, establishing that we were not going to play their game any longer. It was requested that the send $5.00 to cover the last Postage to GA, back to us and to send a THIRD tape to whatever new generic or PO Box address they came up with. 9) They defamed us on a public Comment-Board, and although they then were now legally in trouble, we decided, with counsel, to forgive and forget. However they continued their diatribe. (Do they ENJOY this sort of thing?) 10) NOW, recently, they file a complaint with the Orlando Better Business Bureau, (who now has the evidence of the deceptions), but this time they gave the BBB an actual street Address for this "Kathy Jones" person and a telephone number. A reverse lookup revealed that it was the address of a DIFFERENT person - The BBB has his name also, as do we, along with physical addresses. 11) The FINAL Chapter (almost) -- Once more a 3rd Tape is sent to "Kathy Jones" AT the supplied physical address, where it is SIGNED for by the person referenced at that address, and we have the receipt and signature confirmation, dated and verified by USPS. 12) The VERY FINAL Chapter: If this persists, we WILL file suit for defamation, Damages to THE CAPE's reputation and loss of business, Damages to my reputation, Court costs and Attorney's fees, as well as PUNITIVE damages against ALL parties. We have been patient beyond belief, responded properly, and have validated copies of every E-Mail, PO Receipts and the returned package, ad nauseam. We will win said case easily and immediately. It has hard to believe that anyone could so obviously stupid and uneducated and talk about suing an individual business after your receipt of tapes for $18. It is easy to understand, however, that you were rude to "Tom", that you did harass him and that they may have a legal basis to sue you for defamation. But since you are obviously an illiterate individual, the likelihood that you have any assets other tha a mobile home or a job that pays more than minimum wage are slim to none. Any time wasted by Tom to sue you, where he would have to meet your toothless self in person, would be an utter waste of his time. Go back to school and lear how to talk, write and spell LOSER.

If I read this correctly (and it is admittedly difficult given the fact that you apparently skipped the part of school dealing with sentences)- you ordered a product. It was delivered to you 3 times (including signed receipt verified by UsPS). And now you are complaining (more likely uncontrollably ranting) that you were ripped off? It seems more like you are ripping off this business if you continue to complain about lack of receipt when you "forgot" that you had the product in hand. Do you expect them to continue to send more copies indefinitely, despite signed receipt, until you remember? Rather than spending time complaining that a business which serviced your order, perhaps you should work towards a GED.
