United States of America#2REBUTTAL Individual responds
Sun, March 11, 2012
George Marshall, you obviously know more about blogging than I do, but in an attempt to clarify the facts I am responding to your concerns. My brother Ty and his partner Chris were the founders of Cherry Creek Tree Farms, they operated the business for 15+ years before selling it in 2006/2007. You and many other homeowners recieved a gift certificates from your builder(s) after they sold the company. The only tie they had to CCTF after the sale was that they were carrying the note on the Brighton Farm location. When the new CCTF owners filed bankruptcy Ty and Chris got their farm back because they hadn't been paid for it. Harmony Gardens bought - at an auction - all nursery related equipment and remaining field inventory from the bank & and the farm from Ty and Chris. I understand your frustrations and the frustrations of many homeowners who didn't get to redeem their gift certificates from CCTF, heck I still have 3 of 4 Circuit City gift cards that are useless, but the reality of the situation is when companies file bankruptcy it is a loose loose for all involved. Your assumptions about me personally are offensive and in no way represent how I conduct myself. my business or my employees.
Respectfully,
Todd Seufer
