Titlemax prey on the weak im following up on a report that my wife filed last month on the 19th of November. Unfortunately i was not with my wife made the transaction with titlemax loan company. Currently im disabled, my wife & myself are living off of one source of income which is my disability check. Talked with the most recent / manager working at this facility named geraldo and was advised that either we pay The amount due within the 30days which is the full amount And any and all payments already made does not apply Against the principal, i politely told him man that sucks he laughed and replied i know like as if this were a joke.
I bet if it were some of titlemax owners / employees knowing there history they would probably be dispicable and treat their loved ones in this type of manner . What is this world coming too their has got to be someone or Somebody who can help us please we have already spent well over two thousand dollars on a 3600 dollar loan And none of the payments have not been applied towards the principal.
Geraldo advised me if we put an additional Amount on payments it would be applied to principal, but the balance would have too be paid within 30 days , the Full amount which the repetitious process would start all Over again and we would continue too make these Payments in vain . I spoke with a very close friend like a brother too me whom resides in California that companies Are supposed too tell in detail what the contract entails by law. I wish we had that law unfortunately my and im sure Others didnt receive that privilege someone or somebody please HELP

Can you all believe that i got a response from someone named allyson who wanted too help titlemax bury negative reports somehow via internet . I advised this person who allegedly claims (that some statements may be false or negative so too speak on this Web page ) that these statements are true and how dare this person too even have the odasity to suggest that the statement (s) are even addressed in a falcified manner and then keep in mind this person was alerting the company how too do the above stated the consumers should have the rite too know the truth from the start since this company refuses too tell people from first encounter. Also im not done yet received 2nd email this person is a seo named Daniel advising that he could help this company i assume same as allyson except he could fix their problem(s) for a small fee . This is a dog gone shame ( putting it very very lightly ) i wish i could post there comments without exposing myself and my spouse because we dont too be harassed because we are still praying for a miracle. Also my wife is in the process of going back too see the doctors for a 2nd mammogram i pray it comes back negative. Somebody please explain too me how it is somebody with no heart it seems has the assnine ability to even make these comments, wow , help crying and praying .
