Titanium LLC Titanium Alarm Company system/service not working. called for service tech on April 12/April 13. cancelled service on April 16. was incorrectly billed April 18 2018. Duarte California
on April 12 2018 constant false motion activation started every 10 min. immediately after installation. called for service tech on April 12. was told I would be called back. no call back was made to me. called for service tech April 13. was told I would be called back. no call back was made to me. canceled service with cancellation manager on April 16. was told service tech would call to schedule a pick up time. no call back was made to me. was falsely charged $80.99 on April 18 2018. requested billing refund $80.99 for cancelled service. system is not not working properly. no customer support was provided. complete system is not installed. only partial basic system was installed.
