on April 12 2018 constant false motion activation started every 10 min. immediately after installation. called for service tech on April 12. was told I would be called back. no call back was made to me. called for service tech April 13. was told I would be called back. no call back was made to me. canceled service with cancellation manager on April 16. was told service tech would call to schedule a pick up time. no call back was made to me. was falsely charged $80.99 on April 18 2018. requested billing refund $80.99 for cancelled service. system is not not working properly. no customer support was provided. complete system is not installed. only partial basic system was installed.
