Three days later, Tint World requested $208 for labor to remove and reinstall my headunit - no change in audio functionality, nothing fixed. Basically, "Sorry we couldn't help. But pay us for your wasted time."
Emailed Nathaniel looking for solutions. Conveniently, he has yet to respond. Starting to wonder if they even attempted a fix, or if they just took my money and claimed they did work. Even if they did, do I really owe money so someone can take my car apart and put it right back together?
Everyone I've spoken to agrees the company is being entirely shady, complete with a total lack of customer service. Speaking with an attorney to discuss options.
