Timothy Frank Ricci, telephone 727-638-0834 steals gumball and candy machines and then sells bulk vending machine routes in Florida. After someone buys a route then he and his nephews steal the machines or put different machines on the location. He and Chris Blain Jenkins and Ryan Jenkens (they also use other names) work together to discourage the purchaser and then they build and sell the route again.
There are over 100 police reports with Riccis' name and at least 67 vendors who have ripped off by Tim the con man Ricci.
Ricci also has burned several hundred locations with promised commissions that are not paid and still owed to the location. The Florida Department of Revenue is actively trying to sort out the sales tax fraud that has been going on for nearly 20 years by Ricci.
FDLE and FBI are aware that Ricci and his gang have stolen machines and transported them over state lines for conversion to his personal use.
Ricci is (((redacted))) and has faild rehab at least twice in the past. He says that the only reason he went is that his wife Donna Ricci made him go.
Donna Ricci, (((redacted))) works for the Pinellas County School board. She is directly involved in the con game and is being sued for her part by several parties.
Ricci and his screw up nephews broke into and stole from the landlord whe being evicted from their wharehouse in Clearwater.
Florida operators need to be aware that Christopher G. Culberson of CC vending of 101 WEEPING ELM LN, LONGWOOD, FLORIDA 32779, steals equipment and locations for Ricci. Culberson and his wife Judy have been associated with and have been helping Timmy for 15 or so years.

Now, while you're not really significant enough to me for me to come looking for you, just know this: I will see you by happenstance at some point. When I do, I am going to hurt you. Your best hope is that your fata** dies of a heart attack half-way through the beating I'm going to put on you. I may not get all of the bones in your body, but my only real goal is to get all, or almost all of the bones in your face. I'm pretty confident that I will succeed. Then I'll sit on your unconscious body, maybe smoke a cigarette, and wait. I'll serve whatever time I'm given. And then, we'll start the whole thing again. Jail time doesn't mean a thing to me, John. Timothy F Ricci is trying to make it seem as if ripped off Florida vending operators and John Thompson are slandering him. The truth is that Ricci is and has been ripping off and slandering Florida bulk vending route operators for about 20 years.
I do not know Thompson personally, but I know that the meeting that Ricci had with several other operators and a FDLE agent, was orchestrated by Ricci and several of the operators were 'coerced' into twisting the truth, presenting false evidence, and a couple were even offerred 'free locations'. The truth prevailed, as it usually does, and FDLE, as well as other agencies began collecting evidence and buiding files on Ricci and his cohorts.
His claim that he has no nephews ripping off machines and other operators is totally false. Ricci has a sister and her two sons are minions of Tim Ricci.
Ricci takes deposits from people to 'hold a route' for them that have already been sold.
Current Florida vending operators know about Ricci and his nephews and know to stay away from them. There is no one that I have spoken to, or coresponded with that speaks well of Ricci or his different organizations over the years.
I do know for a fact that Ricci sells people machines and then collects the machines, with no approval to do so. Further Ricci 'steals' the location by slamming more of his equipment or selling the location to another vending operator.
Several other operators have had nothing but trouble with Ricci or people working with or for Ricci.
Timothy Francis Ricci currently is in the Pinellas County Jail.
