I paid for internet services since April 2017 and it didn't work and I notified the company and they at first say that they have no record that I called. Spoke to several supervisors who said they would send out another router. I received the router in September 2017 and they only want to give me $30 credit for not having service during that entire time and said that I had to call them everyday that the Internet was not working to receive full credit.
