Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband went to Aerial Messages to inquire after banner towing employment. After agreeing to pay for the training endorsements, my husband secured himself with a 1500 deposit to Tim Pacini at Aerial Messages. This happened on March 11th.

After a day of being onsite at Aerial Messages, my husband had yet to begin his training. He candidly approached Tim regarding the training he was to receive and when it was to begin, and additionally asked if he should receive any documentation.

He did not receive any documentation.

After a candid discussion in which Tim admitted to the uncertain future of his banner tow business resulting from federal terrorist alerts and backlash from 9/11, my husband told him he didn't wish to waste his time any longer and wished to discontinue with banner towing.

My husband asked if he would receive his full deposit back, and Tim answered yes. Saying he would likely have to get the check cut on Friday the 14th. At this time I had checked our account and the check had cleared.

Come Monday March 17th, my husband drove to the Aerial Messages site again to collect the check personally, and it was not ready. My husband asked when we could expect a refund of monies that had not been used for any training whatsoever. Tim wrote a handwritten promissory note stating he received payment and that my husband requested a refund on 3/17/03. The letter also stated that the payment would be processed within 30 days, securing us a date of 4/17.

4/17/03 came and went with no refund check. We called his office again the same day, and were hung up on twice after a firm but tactful request as to when we would expect the refund. All this man could say is that he could barely pay his own bills and that the "check is in the mail". He continually verbally berated us and when asked if would in fact honor his word as he said he would, he replied with " I can't keep answering these calls" and hung up.

Unfortunately, it is obvious he is having financial difficulties and while he said as much, it is not our problem. We are in dire need of those funds for my husband's continued flight studies.

This man, although under financial strain, is a liar and has not honored his word ONCE. I insist that anyone who even ponders the thought of seeking employment OR Services from AERIAL MESSAGES think Twice and learn from our unfortunate mistake.

Our efforts are ongoing to try to collect what is rightfully ours.
