Tim Creek purported to be able to arrange financing for the purchase of existing commercial and multifamily real estate. I order to initiate the process he required earnest money that would be refunded in the event that he couldn’t arrange financing. in the end he never provided the financing and wouldn’t return the earnest money, although it was in writing, numerous emails and phone calls with promises of a speedy return were never completed by him.
