Ordered 2 gigs DDR Memory for Acer Aspire computer.

 Tigerdirect employee went online, ordered the product from their approved supplies/warehouse and when it came in a week it was incompatible. 

 Returned to the store, returned the product and made another order through the store once more for an alternative product. In the process of re-ordering, the store clerk refunded 1st order funds from system, placed them on a store ift card claiming this was how it had to be done, then charged me for the difference in cost. 

 Nearly 2 weeks later the product never came so I went to the store to inquire. Advised vaguely there was a problem with the product' so they returned it to the warehouse? Also claimed they had trouble with delivery because they needed the Apt #, whijh is bullshit as the previous order had no problem being delivered so if it was anyone's fault it was theirs. 

 4/14/2014 the separate charge was returned on my bank card, approx $7.00, the Remaining $61.00 still to be returned. 

 TIGERDIRECT.COM claims the $61.00 credit has been returned to the GIFT CARD which has NEVER been in my possession as it was immediately used and discarded by the store clerk to process the 2nd order. 

Constantly receiving the runaround from TIGERDIRECT.COM and store management and will be returning to the store to inquire once more into my $61.00 refund before taking further legal action. 

This company should not have a license to operate with the many complaints I have seen there in the store and here online!
