In late October 2018 AT&T In-Home Expert Tiffany Grammer of 204 Sprucewood Drive, Summerville, SC, a scammer, showed up at my home unannounced to ostensibly inquire about a scheduled DirecTV installation. During this conversation she inquired about my current wireless telephone provider and offered to switch my wireless service from Verizon to AT&T.

The scammer specifically stated that if I switched service to AT&T that AT&T would:

(1) pay off the balance of $121 on my Verizon iPhone,

(2) pay off an early termination fee of $80 on my Verizon contract,

(3) allow me to keep possession of my Verizon iPhone and

(4) provide me one free mobile phone.

Promises 1, 2 and 3 were not kept. Repeated attempts to contact the scammer via email and text have been unsuccessful as the scammer will not respond to my emails or texts. Further, I have repeatedly emailed and texted the scammer requesting a copy of the electronic AT&T contract that was signed in my home on the morning of November 13, 2018.

To date I have not received the requested materials or any response from the scammer. Prior to leaving my home on November 13th the scammer stated that she would email me the complete contract between myself and AT&T. As of this date, January 15, 2019 I still have no contract or record whatsoever of what was signed or agreed to with AT&T other than the scammer’s broken promises and mistruths.

You write that I left threatening voicemails and showed up at her private residence. These are both outrageous lies. I demand that you retract your statements immediately and issue an apology! Did Ms. Grammar tell you that I left threatening voicemails and showed up at her residence, because if she did she has defamed and slandered me and she will be held accountable!

Deceptive, Slanderous Rebuttal Response

Your documentation is wrong and you are well aware of it. You have spoken several slanderous mistruths in this rebuttal. It was in fact I who searched for and contacted you when Ms. Grammer refused to contact me as requested several times. You never attempted to contact me at any time. Show me your evidence where you attempted to contact me and I will compare your evidence against my cell phone records for that period of time.

My records will clearly prove that I contacted you and you NEVER reached out to me. You claim to have documentation, provide me with the phone number that you used in your attempts to contact me and the dates you made the calls and I will compare it to my AT&T phone records. Unfortunately, you will not be able to provide any evidence because you have lied about your attempts to contact me. Remember - it was during our phone conversation you explained that Ms. Grammar made mistakes, but that it was due to her inexperience.

You then apologized for all that had happened and asked me what you could do for me to make everything right. I asked for nothing. You have written that I stalked Ms. Grammer, that comment is a slanderous, outrageous lie on a public forum. And, if Ms. Grammar provided you with information stating that I stalked her she is guilty of the same outrageous and slanderous lie. If I had stalked her why did you not bring that up during our telephone conversation?

Contact me and provide me with your documentation, witness statements and other evidence that I stalked her, or rescind this comment and apologize or I will see you in court! I stand by all that I have written. If you have a problem with any of it back up your disagreements with facts, not empty words. I have maintained detailed notes on all of my conversations with you and with Ms. Grammar.

I have copies of the letter and emails I sent to Ms. Grammar requesting that she contact me. When she failed to contact me after several emails and one written letter I found you and contacted you. You apologized to me for all that had happened by citing Ms. Grammar’s inexperience in her new role as a sales person.

I guess one would have to ask why I would go online to this website to post what I posted, which was to prevent others from falling into the same trap I fell into, if I did not have ample written documentation to back up everything I have written. The ball is in your court, provide your documentation to show that mine is false or simply admit that you are wrong!

All documented:  My employee certainly was not a scammer but a corporate manager following the correct protocols. I being her superior director already reached out to you multiple times after you leaving threatening voicemails and showing up at her private residence. You stalked her. So yes all incoming interactions were set forth to be rejected and directed to me.

As I am here restating this— the rate plan summary auto generates to your email during transaction. In addition to the promotions taking up to three months. We stated that, all carriers do that. Feel free to check all of it off because you received everything and more. Patience is key here and you certainly slandered a hardworking, humble individual.
