 I am writing in hopes that you expose Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. I purchased two tickets for Beach Boys tickets in February 2017 fo a concert in Ocean City MD for August 23. I thought I was on Ticketmaster, but must have gotten redirected somehow. I wanted to get the best seats I could, so I purchased 2 tickets for a total of $613.19. They are for a special person who loves The Beach Boys. I received the tickets in March and immediately realized they were not the seats I selected. I tried to contact them by phone, you cannot get to a person till the day before the concert. I emailed them, did not hear back. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so I contacted the seller through PayPal but did not hear back from them. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. However it closed without my knowledge...I missed the email that was sent from PayPal. Tried contacting TFS again but could not get through, my email was once again ignored. Called PayPal started another claim. Today (day before concer) I was able to talk to a woman after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, she informed me the tickets were non refundable, no other tickets could be found to change the seats. I know this is a lie, as there are still tickets available on the web in the section I am seated in for $49.00 a seat. I also got the impression she just sits there and repeats the same thing all day to different people. It's not just being ripped off for the money, it's that my special surprise for my friend isn't as special as I had hoped. Please expose them for being cruel - I hope what goes around comes around right back at them

 

Ticket Fulfillment Services I purchased 2 tickets to a beach boys concert in ocean city md on February 16, 2017 for August 23, 2017. I thought I was ordering from Ticketmaster, but must have been redirected. I paid a total of $613.19 through PayPal for really (what I thought) were good seats. When I received the tickets in March they were not the seats I chose. I tried to contact them and could not get through. I sent them an email, never heard back. I contacted them through PayPal, never heard back. I am in the process of disputing the payment through PayPal. Every time I tried to contact them through email I never got a response. I finally was able to wait on the phone for 45 minutes today, the concert is tomorrow and you cannot talk to anyone till the day before, the woman said she could not do anything for me. I am afraid they are very used to doing this to many people by putting the blame on "third party seller" please expose them for the crooks they are. These tickets are for a special person who loves The Beach Boys. I was hoping to give them a special experience. It was not the money as much as the disappointment that the seats are so bad.
