Thompson Consumer Electronics And Gemstar failure to repair guide plus feature. out of service 40 days and counting. Will not talk to me now about the status of the report Ininindianapolis Indiana
Guide plus feature stopped working on 4 apr. 08. Called thompson and reported trouble. I was contacted and told trouble would be fixed in a few days. After over a week I called back. I was told they were still working on the problem. I called back at least three other times and was told the same thing. I call today(14 may) to ask to speak to a supervisor. I was put on power hold and no one answered and call timed out. So what are my options now? P.S. This feature in on a 52 inch RCA television.
