I paid for two years of protection, had to call every month and they wanted to sell more service and microsoft software to me from an Indian country. After six months of calling and not paying they allowed ads to shut down drivers to make my life in the office even harder than it all ready is.
They will keep you on the phone so they can scan for information within your computer for sensitve information to steal from you Password, account numbers, anything they can retrieve on there end. I will notify there new scam is selling microsoft word office and office 365.
