Here are my experiences from beginning to end: April, 2000 tried to buy an Agfa Ephoto 780c digital camera; listed as In Stock. After waiting a month for it, I checked the website. Still said In Stock.
Called customer service and cancelled. May 2000, tried the same with a MS Intellimouse Optical. No deal again. Cancelled the order in June. Note that this one WAS listed as Backordered but still, I waited a month and a half, when other stores HAD this product.
Now is the fun part. I tried to buy a Sega Dreamcast Controller in June. I received it in early July, but it was defective. I requested an RMA # and for them to send me a new one. They agreed, and said the new one was one its way. I never received it.
Now, I try to get ahold of them via phone, via e-mail, and as of today, their webpage doesnt come up (www.thebigstore.com).
