Complaint Review: The Walden glen apartments - Buena Park California

Don't walk run away from this place its a s**t hole.  I came to place in July of 2012 the rental agent showed me a nice 2 bedroom model I'm thinking this place is going to be nice plus I knew a couple people who lived in the building close by were my unit was going to be so I took the place despite the fact they made me wait till the 4th of August to move in even though the unit was ready. I didnt see my unit until I got my keys. That should have been a red flag. Going into this place I knew their kids that played outside in the courtyard this didn't bother me. I moved into the 6760 building what did bother me was the cripple drug dealer that just desired to hang out in front of my house drink 211's and smoking weed and once he was high and drunk he would start crying because I guess he came to the realization that he was a loser.

The next problem was the Roach infestation, and tweekers in units 2 and 7 who were constantly fighting all night they wouldnt fight during the day just late night one night the people in unit 7 fought from 11 pm Friday till 6 am Saturday. The icing on the cake was when people in unit 2, cracked the common wall in my kitchen from their unit then the next week it was the pipe under the sink in the kitchen. The staff is ok if you are Hispanic they believe in keeping it brown. The entire office staff and maintenance crew are Hispanic and the majority of in the complex are Hispanic. and they can do what every they please I was told because I lived down stairs I couldn't have a BBQ grill but the tenet in 6744 unit 1 can burn chicken up in front of their house every weekend on their grill, and have a live band come sing happy birthday at 10 pm.

I also was told we couldn't have pets the people next door had a little rat dog that' barks at all time of the night, the people a few doors down from them had rabbits, a few doors from them had cats if you don't like cats youre going to love the strays that leave paw prints on your car and piss on your stuff that's on your balcony. Oh yeah the balcony's if your balcony is facing the north side you can't have a satellite dish sorry you can't have one the south side if your down stairs. If you smoke cigarettes every bum, mooch, and crack head that see you will ask you for one but if youre out your sol. The security is a joke they just stand around collecting a pay check. The parking sucks the spaces are too small you will get door ding from other cars if you dont take up 2 spaces if you have a full size car. There also a metal panel by the 6760 building that makes a lot of noise when cars drive over it.
 
The Laundry situation is horrible there is only one wash room which is on the other side of the property past the office its poorly ventilated and hot as a sauna in there. The washer and dryers are nice but they can only be operated if you have a card with money that can only be uploaded in the rental office when they are open mon sat if you need to wash Sunday you sol.  Dont let me forget to mention the kids that like to fornicaticate in there.  The only other amenities this place has are computer room that also is roach infested only has 2 computer that are broke most of the time. There is a playground but its not secure the people in unites on either side can just walk up to the playground and snach a kid if they wanted to and take them back into their house. and Lastly a pool with everything else being so dirty and crappy do you relly want to risk geting in the pool.
