 I was contacting theultimateprosthetic.com and want to buy a product from them on March 2016, then a person call Richie Newman reply me and answer my questions, then ask me to pay USD1441.95 to his bank account, bank name : Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. name on account : Choice Tools / Cody Whitfield ,Address : (((REDACTED)))Long Beach, CA (((REDACTED))), Account # (((REDACTED))) , Swift code (international) : WFBIUS6S (USD payment ) WFBIU6FFX, Bank address : 420 Montgomery, San Francisco, CA 94104. So I have no doubt and didn't check any reviews of this company and paid on the 7th April,2016. As the website said need to be shipped the product to the customer for 12 to 16 weeks, then I wait till August and try to email the company again, Richie Newman (at last I found out is fake name /scam name of Cody Whitfield) told me everything is going smooth ans I will get my product by the end of August. Of course I DIDN'T have my product at all and I tried to email him and NO reply at all, then few emails later, finally reply me that I will get my product at the end of September 2017, and again I DON'T get my product in till NOW March 2017 , already almost 1 year. And I search for him that FINALLY know SO MANY people was scammed by his the past 5 years. I want to let people know about this company and person and BEWARE not to scammed by him anymore. I already report to the BBB , federal commissioner and as well finding a lawyer to sue him. Please BEWARE of it.

It has been 456 days since i paid for the item, and 96 emails requesting deliery.  Very little, if any response, and when they respond they lie about delivery.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.  BEWARE!

 Firstly we must state that we do not have any record of a "Jaff" in our current client list. Also email replies can sometimes be delayed but we do keep in contact with our clients. We have recently expanded our company and moved into our new workshop. We have chosen enthusiatic folks to be our new production team. They are dedicated to manufacturing both back orders and current orders. We love our customers and have made a turn towards bright horizons. Reasons for our current back orders:

1. New inventions: The Stealth and the Pro-V are inventive designs new the community. Due to its authenticity and functionality, more time than expected was needed to perfect it. In hindsight, we may have been able to handle things differently in the past but the products have come to a point where they are tested and approved.

2. Manufacturing With a growing trans community world wide we have a great demand to meet. The new change we have made with the addition of a large workspace and a team, has prepared us for this excited turn around. *all back orders (including the reviews that call us a scam) will be completed with the use of our new manufacturing strategy. Currently we are still open for orders and, in fact, it will aid us in completed our current back orders as well. Contact us for more details and we look forward to making things right and giving new possibilities to the trans experience.
