The Sharper Image ripoff ionic breeze quadra air purifier(item # s1637blk shoddy product and service Little Rock Arkansas
we bought the ionic breeze quadra air purifier(item # s1637blk) early in 2000. it broke down in a few month and we returned it to the company asking them to replace it. they gave us a credit! we reordered the air purifier and received it december 27 2000(needless to say the exchange rate was higher).
once again it has broken down. the entire piece that holds the plastic strip on the bottom of the collection bar had broken off when it was pulled out to clean. the system no longer works and can't be repaired. we have asked via email for a replacement part and have not received a reply.
we've had it with the shoddy product and service. and the purifier wasn't as great as the claim given!!!help.
