7-12-2001 I signed a contract for a pool Elite series a 2002 Premier 24 round 48 inch above ground pool. Everything from the installation to the chemical free advertising as well as the equipment failures and replacements and not knowing the manufacturer of the pool has been a nightmare to upkeep. We have had the pump replaced the filter replaced the plumbing reglued the winter cover has been bad after the first season the pump failed around 1 .5 years the filter was replaced two years after purchase by them the light has not worked since 02 and all the caps have fell apart due to the design and lack of being able to withstand the elements.

The pool is not "chemical free" the ionizer did not provide 1 year of coverage the first full season the algae took over from that point on we utelized full chemical treatments to prevent this. water was tested The ionizer needs to be replaced every year I have mot purchased any after the first failure. the pool has been useless this year as the liner has come off around the edges and leaked out. when contacting whomever bought out the pool depot they wanted 340 dollars for the caps that are all bad. with my discount.

I have purchased parts locally at stores cheaper then i can get the warranteed parts from this company Need I mention they charged me above 6000.00 for this product as a "discount" to advertise for them with some pictures of the family enjoying the pool (never did it) the sales person Anna Williams has never contacted us after the sale.

The installer fraudulently charged us additional money for prepping the site. he stated his laser said he has to dig addl then the 2 foot to level the pool site by @ 129.00 at 8 dollars per inch and he did not dig deeper then two foot at the deepest location he piled the dirt around the dig and I even went out and measured his deepest hole at 18 " he would not leave withouit a check so I called and complained and paid him but nothing was done. he left extra parts laying around a liner of some kind and plastic that was suppose to go under the clips to hold the liner in place.

again I have had to replace, the pump (locally purchased) and has lasted longer then the one provided. the winter cover. They replaced the filter as it was cracked where it tightens to the seal. all the plumbing had to be reglued. all the caps are broke. the liner is now off of the rails. the light and ionizer have not worked since the since 2002 the robot has leaked and had to be siliconed to keep from sinking. the connection to the outlet for the robot does not lock. I dont know the manufacturer of the pool . Whomever took over for "Pool Depot" wants 340.00 for the plastic caps.

I dont want to buy anything from them even under warranty all I want to know is who makes this pool, polaris makes the robot, Hayward makes the skimmer recreational products makes the ionizer, pentair makes the pump that was replaced, who makes the "2002 Premier pool" so that I can get parts for it ie caps. srews as they have rusted (Who would have thought this that they used screws that would rust when water hits them). I would like to verify the proper installation of this pool with the manufacturer not Pool Depot.

We enjoy our pool we dont enjoy being ripped off by paying too much and having improper material and installation, or material provided not used. And yearly failures of equipment due to the environment in which an above ground pool is subjected to.
