As the owners of a few ‘Pampered Chef’ items, we decided to sell one lousy little item we did not use.  We put one tiny / little bowl on an online auction, wrote our own description and used our own picture.  Our auction was removed because this third rate UNAMERICAN company “the Pampered Chef”, decided to try and put a boot on our neck as good past customers.

The pampered chef actually contacted the online auction company with fabricated lies about “copyright violations” costing us time and money in auction listing fees.  They never contacted us, they instead thought it wise to “stand around the corner” and try to cut our throat for simply selling an item we owned.

What kind of company values drives “business descisions” like this and thinks it wise to treat customers this way??  Sales must be really bad for a company to do this.  Additionally, just think of the “company culture” present to actually spend money and hire people to help them do this sort of thing.  Was selling our used little bowl actually going to hurt their sales? WOW, Their sales and confidence in their products must be in the toilet.

Don’t buy from the Pampered Chef…..the next thing you know they will be showing up at YOUR garage sale looking for used pampered chef items; and accusing YOU…a prior good customer of patent infringements or the like.  Companies like this are un-American and you should not give them your money.

******  WE WROTE THEM THE FOLLOWING EMAIL:

My wife recently had a small “pampered chef” item for sale on an online auction.  She bought this lousy little bowl from a pampered chef presentation, never used it and wrote her own description for the auction.  She didn’t use any of your images either!  (and no, you do NOT own single words in the English language, you pricks)

Nonetheless, the auction was removed because of your un-American company policies and whatever lies your lying little company “snitch” told the online auction company about your “copyright laws being violated”…..all because we were legally selling an item we own.

To actually have dealers or online “snitches” searching online auctions for you, for the mere presence of any used “pampered crap” item???  And then for your third rate company to actually make up lies about non-existent “violations”???  What a racket.  We all know that is really what it is, now isn’t it?  Who do you think you are fooling???  Better yet, what possible good or even ‘profitable benefit’ did you really think could come from such childish actions???  What a short sighted and asinine company policy.

Are sales REALLY this bad, that your company has nothing better to do than harass good customers who have bought your products in the past???????  (((The word “PAST” being very important here.)))

Your Stalanistic over-reaching just cost you a customer…..namely Us.  Not only that but we are going to inform all of our family members, all friends and the person who’s presentation my wife attended where we bought it; about your dishonest and illegal actions (making things up and slandering us and our description – causing financial harm to us, if you want to be ‘technical’) , and how you treated us.

So…..you tried to screw someone and ended up screwing yourself at least 10 times harder huh??..  I think there is a lesson here, what do you think?  Was it worth it?  What disgusting dishonesty to go to such lengths to fabricate an issue over no violation at all.  You all ought to be ashamed.

Let us be the first to say,….we hope your company slowly financially bleeds to death.  (no need to reply, because I won’t be this kind the second time, you unimaginable pricks)

Why do you think they targeted you?  I just looked on eBay and there are auctions for Pampered Chef things ending every minute. I'd be very angry too, in fact, the same thing happened to me when I was trying to sell something from a different company, but I think an individual consultant put the stop on your auction, because if The Pampered Chef wanted to stop online auctions of their products, they would do so fully and completely.

OpSec Price Fixing against private consumers

OpSec: Federal crime---> racketeering + illegal & abusive price fixing: OpSec's website says it all.

The problem is they intentionally direct this fraud at completely legal online auctions for USED ITEMS, being sold by mom & pop America. It doesn't get any more criminal or corrupt than this.

Utterly shameful and completely UN-AMERICAN. Companies & people like this are the scum of the market place & free enterprise system America was built on.

OpSec is not ’fighting’ real counterfeiters or the like, they are making a quick buck by breaking Federal law, lying & committing internet fraud on a National level while victimizing innocent consumers selling the odd item in a legal online aution to support thier family.

So when you go to this company's website and see the all the logos of Big companies you buy products from daily - remember, those companies are just as guilty as OpSec & don't care how they treat you - the consumer.

Co Conspirator – OpSec of Denver Colorado – racketeering, price fixing, federal crime.

Equally as guilty as “pampered chef” is the company “OpSec Security”.  The company is located at

OpSec Security

1600 Stout Street

Suite 800

Denver Colorado, 80202

(303) 534-4500

OpSec; likely made up of a bunch of mid 20’s – 30’s unprofessional flunky types sitting in their mom & dad’s basement in their underwear - spend all their time fervently surfing online auctions at night for what they think are easy ‘marks’ they can lie about to earn their illegitimate wage.  What this company does is find and mindlessly lie about completely legal online auctions it discovers everywhere – just like they did on ours.  They then collect money from the original manufacturer of the item you own and were going to sell – to STOP YOU FROM SELLING ITThat is called racketeering – organized crime (OpSec calls it “online price monitoring” on their own website.  http://www.opsecsecurity.com/brand-protection-solutions/online-price-monitoring

OpSec lies to control the price  of anyone’s paltry online auction because the person may be selling it at less than what the original manufacturer is selling a new item for.  It is illegal price fixing and is a federal crime.  They plainly state on their website they are price fixers.  OpSec then illegally stops the auction with false claims of “infringement” because they told their client (usually a large profitable company) they would do this to the odd online auction, as it is “competition” for their PAYING client.

So they fabricate what is actually in people’s private online auctions as ‘infringing’ on their client’s product.  OpSec knows this is bull and illegal & they depend on the fact that most average people won’t argue with them or even have a clue as to what they are really up to and why.

OpSec actually claims they “connect” whatever company they serve (in this case the “Pampered Chef”); with their consumers.  Well ya’all did a hell of a job on that this time didn’t you OpSec?

OpSec’s first mistake is lying to companies and making promises they can’t keep.  They then find innocent consumers to harass anonymously (through sites like Ebay) and thus fill their quota by picking out auctions to lie about and end illegally and under fraudulent claims.  Finally they report back to their ‘easy mark of a client’ with a falsely filled “quota” & bilk them for BIG MONEY.  Easy ‘marks’, easy numbers, EASY PAYCHECK FOR THEM (OpSec).  Higher consumer prices and a big pain in the @ss for the rest of America.

OpSec’s crimes are lying, fraud, price fixing, conspiracy and interference with a legal free market .  OpSec is illegally lying to companies like Ebay, the Pampered Chef and so on - but these companies know that and are just as guilty.  They all hinder a free and ethical market place.  These people are nothing but marketplace sharks and scum skimming off the top from mom & pop America.

So if you ever had a perfectly legitimate and legal online auction ended for no reason at all, lost your time & listing fee and got some BS email stating you “were in violation” even though you know you weren’t….. OpSec or a company like them was likely behind it.  And behind them stood a dishonest or just plain stupid client like The Pampered Chef; willing to hurt you financially for basically no real profit.  OpSec and companies like them are the only winners in this little illegal ploy….. that until now – flew under the radar.

HI OPSEC!!!! WELCOME TO AMERICA WHERE CRIMINAL SCHEMES AND ILLEGAL SCHEMES & ACTIONS BY COMPANIES LIKE YOURS, ALWAYS EVENTUALLY COME TO LIGHT!  Now the world knows about you and your game.

PS.  Ebay is no better.  They have actually given the keys to companys like OpSec to end your legal online auction in minutes with no process or notification at all.  Niether party contacts you with proof or an argument – your auction just goes away in minutes of thier false accusations, all big brother-like.  Ebay is just as criminal as OpSec.
